Tabata, often called the four minute miracle, is one of the hardest workout routines you can perform. Originally it was developed by the Japanese Olympic team. Why is it so famous? It improves your metabolism, and burns more calories in 4 MINUTES than you would burn in an HOUR long traditional training. Nothing comes for free though- it’s extremely tough. We don’t recommend it for beginners (seriously, don’t try to get back into shape using this, consider yourselves warned :)), but if you’re feeling fit, you should totally give it a try.
You can do almost any exercise with our app. There’s only one limitation- pick an exercise utilizng your own body weight. Additional weights will raise the difficulty to near inhuman level. You can find the exercise of our choice in the photo!
